- HOW TO ENTER
Paris Steak Wars teams can choose to enter the appetizer side pot with a $100
entry. To enter, please use Ticketbud. If you are paying with CASH OR CHECK,
please text Kris/Brittany at 903.905.4993.
*This is a side pot, so sponsorship packages do not come with an entry to the
appetizer side pot, these must be purchased separately.
*You must be entered by the end of the cooks meeting. No entries will be accepted at turn-in.
DATE AND TIMES
This contest begins Saturday morning on April 04,2026.
Judging will begin at 9AM and end at 10AM.
You may serve the public when they enter at 10AM if you would like (not required).
The winner will be announced at 3PM. JUDGING
Judging will begin at 9AM and will be open for 1 hour, closing at 10AM.
12 Judges will be seated at the judging tent. Make sure there is enough to feed 12 individual judges.
Your team will bring and present your appetizer to the judges any time between
9AM and 10AM.
The judges will choose one winner. PRIZE
The winner will receive a trophy and half of the entries paid (the other half of the
entries will be added to the proceeds to the beneficiary of Paris Steak Wars).
The winner will be announced at 3 PM along with the Paris Steak Wars and
People’s Choice winners. RULES
-You may enter more than one appetizer (each appetizer having its own entry
fee)
-No drinks included in the appetizer competition.
-You may present your appetizer however you would like and are encouraged to
present your appetizer in creative, visually appealing, and unique ways. Paris Steak Wars does not provide any of the ingredients or presentation supplies, you must supply your own.
-Appetizers will be judged on taste, presentation, and originality (10 points each).
